Currently serving in the US Military in an Enlisted paygrade
Have a child that is enrolled or enrolling in college/university in 2024 with a STEM-related major
Is a verified MCPA member in good standing. Reminder: Membership is free for US military personnel!
Recommendation from a senior rating official which includes a statement certifying that:
(1) the military member is not pending any adverse action that would preclude consideration, and
(2) that the servicemember is in a cyber occupational specialty as determined by their service.
