The MCPA Legal Roundtable advances the lawful and effective conduct of military cyber operations. We bring together judge advocates, civilian attorneys, and legal scholars to provide rigorous analysis, professional education, and principled counsel on cyber operations across the spectrum of conflict. The inaugural Director is Colonel (Ret) Gary Corn, who served as the Staff Judge Advocate (SJA) to U.S. Cyber Command and currently serves at American University's Washington College of Law as the Director of the Technology, Law & Security (TLS) Program and Adjunct Professor of Cyber and National Security Law and the Law of Armed Conflict.
