The Military Cyber Institute (MCI) exists to support, guide, and amplify the research and publication impact of the Military Cyber Professionals Association (MCPA). Founded within the rich scholarly environment of the Naval Postgraduate School (NPS) over a deacade ago to support the development of the emerging military cyber community, the MCPA engages in a wide variety of contributions in partnership with the thought leaders of this community.
