Mr. Pugh serves as Principal Cyber Advisor (PCA) to the Secretary of the Army. The PCA serves as an Army principal official, equivalent to a three-star general. His biography can be seen here.
General Williams currently serves as the National Guard Assistant to the Commander of U.S. Cyber Command and the Special Assistant to the Director of the Army National Guard (DARNG) for U.S. Army Cyber Matters. She is also a former Commander of the 91st Cyber Brigade. Her biography can be seen here.
